On 25 May 2018, the new EU regulation General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) came into effect and replaces the Swedish Personal Data Act. The new regulation introduces stricter rules for how companies and organisations handle personal data and increased data protection.

At Draftit Privacy, we take the protection of your personal integrity seriously and we want you to feel comfortable with giving out your personal data to us. We have published our Privacy notices and Cookie policy, describing how we handle your personal data.  On this page you can also read and learn about your rights to your data and how you can exercise your rights.

This information is aimed at employees or contractors of Draftit Privacy’s business contacts/partners/suppliers, anyone applying for employment at Draftit Privacy, visitors to our website and recipients of our newsletters and other marketing e-mails. There is separate information for users of Draftit Privacy’s services which will be issued to you in connection with registration for and use of our services.

By means of this information text, Draftit Privacy AB, (“Draftit Privacy”, “we”, “us”) wishes to inform you of how we collect and process your personal data. It also contains information on your rights in this regard, so that you will know what to do if you wish to exercise any of these rights.

Cookie policy

On our websites we use cookies and other comparable techniques. The cookies we use collect information about your use of the sites and store the data in your device. Our legal basis for processing is our legitimate interest, motivated by our interest and need to keep statistics on site visitors, improve site and visitor experience, and be able to work effectively with troubleshooting and counteracting incidents.

The GDPR grants EU citizens a number of rights in relation to the processing of their personal data, see our Privacy notice. Draftit Privacy wishes to help you exercise those rights by providing a form to allow you to request your rights in relation to the personal data that we hold about you.
